Welding rear and front subframe, trial fit rear suspension

Too many professional projects to focus on, caused some delay in my planning of this personal project.

But at last, I could point-weld the rear subframe and most of the front subframe. 

Since this is a one-off for now, no welding jigs are developed, which makes putting together all tubes at their correct positions, a very time consuming process. Measuring, measuring, measuring to make sure every part is exactly where it needs to be.

Rear wheel and it’s suspension have been test-mounted before finishing all welds completely.

Next phase will be finishing the welding of the complete front subframe, creating a fuel tank, adapting the routing of the exhaust pipes, etc etc..
